1. Who we are
PrintNikalo (“PrintNikalo”, “we”, “us”) is a platform that lets you send print jobs to nearby partner print shops. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
2. Your account
You must provide a valid email and accurate details. You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not share your one-time codes with anyone. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, or illegal content.
3. Orders & payments
Prices, page counts, and turnaround times are estimates shown by the partner shop. The final amount is confirmed by the shop at the counter. PrintNikalo is a facilitator — the print contract is between you and the partner shop.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the files you upload. You grant PrintNikalo and the chosen partner shop a limited right to store, process, and print your files only to fulfill your order. Files are deleted after a reasonable retention period.
5. Acceptable use
Do not upload content that is illegal, infringes copyright, contains malware, or violates someone's privacy. We may remove orders that breach this rule and report serious violations to authorities.
6. Communications
By signing up you agree to receive transactional emails (sign-in codes, order updates). We do not send marketing emails unless you opt in.
7. Refunds
If a print is defective due to the partner shop, raise it at the counter for a reprint or refund. PrintNikalo helps mediate but final refund decisions rest with the shop.
8. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent allowed by law, PrintNikalo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
